Trial and anonymous-visitor traffic is where most signup-to-revenue funnels leak. People sign up because the pitch resonated, then bounce because the first session didn't connect their problem to the right surface in your product. By the time anyone notices, the trial has cooled off. Generic onboarding tours and reactive chat don't catch this — they treat every trial user identically, regardless of what the person actually came to do.

Autoplay closes that gap by giving your chat the same product-context the visitor has.
